At Zaverica, every handcrafted jhumki is made with love by our artisans. But if something doesn’t feel right, we’ve kept returns and exchanges simple for you.

1. Return & Exchange

  • Items can be returned or exchanged within 3 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unworn, unused, and returned in the original Zaverica box/packaging.

2. Damaged or Missing Items

  • If your order arrives with a missing or damaged item, please share clear unboxing photos and videos with our support team.
  • Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund — as per your choice.

3. Order Cancellations

  • You can cancel an order before it has been shipped.
  • To cancel, log in and go to:
    My Account → My Orders → Request Cancellation
  • Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.

4. Refunds & Store Credits

  • After your returned item passes quality check, you can choose:
  • Store Credit (Zaverica Wallet): Refund is credited to your account balance for future purchases.
  • Original Payment Method: For online payments, you may request a refund back to your original payment source within 5–7 business days.
