Our Platform is for personal use only, and we do not permit other businesses or individuals to sell products through our Platform.

To shop on Zaverica, you may be required to create an account by providing accurate and complete information.

We make every effort to display product details, descriptions, images, and prices as accurately as possible. However, errors may occur.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Final prices applicable to your order will be displayed at checkout.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue items at any time.

4. Orders & Payments

By placing an order, you agree to purchase the selected product(s) in accordance with these Terms.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

Payments can be made via authorized payment gateways listed on our Platform.

In case of payment failure, we are not liable for delays or non-delivery.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ensure your Zaverica parcel reaches you safely, and in case of damage or loss during transit, we’ll take full responsibility with a replacement or refund. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control.

6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Zaverica’s return, refund, and cancellation policies are clearly outlined in our Return Policy page. By placing an order, you agree to those conditions.

Refunds are provided as store credit in your Zaverica wallet or, for online payments, either to your original payment method or as store credit (as per your choice). For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be issued as store credit only.

7. User Obligations

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activities.
  • Post or transmit content that is defamatory, obscene, or infringing on others’ rights.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks.
  • Use bots, crawlers, or automated means to interact with our Platform.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Udaipur, rajasthan.
